Need help with LazyPanda Full Page Capture? Start with the common fixes below.
Capture does not include the whole page
- Let the webpage finish loading.
- Keep the target tab selected while capture is running.
- Some highly dynamic, infinite-scroll, video, WebGL, or protected browser pages may behave differently.
- Chrome internal pages such as chrome:// pages cannot be captured normally.
Capture stopped
- Keep the selected tab active until the capture percentage finishes.
- Reload the page and try again.
PNG or PDF export problem
- Reopen the capture and try the export again.
- For extremely large pages, browser memory limitations can affect export.
Filename customization
Use any of the available tokens in your filename pattern:
{site}{title}{domain}{host}{yyyy}{MM}{dd}{HH}{mm}{ss}{timestamp}
Invalid filename characters are sanitized automatically.
Privacy
Captured webpage data is processed locally in the browser and is not uploaded to LazyPanda or a remote screenshot server.
